A rattle noise is heard when the Laser is turned on, and it does not come off

This article explains why the Mag Drive makes a rattling sound and how to correct it

This sound comes from the Liquid Mag Drive of the water pump, and it needs to be replaced. The sound is generated by the quality of the water and the age of the water filter.

The water pump in the laser is completely magnetic; there are no mechanical parts. The DI Water used in the laser has low electrical conductivity, but over time, this property changes and begins to circulate through the water pump. The current circulating through the Water Pump alters the magnetic polarity in the Mag Drive, producing the sound.

To reduce the frequency of Mag Drive changes, it is advisable to replace the DI Water every 3 months and the water filter every 6 months. Use fresh water and a filter that is less than six months old. Do not store DI Water and Filters for more than six months.

Warning: There are four types of DI Water. Only one is recommended for use in the Laser. Make sure the DI Water is Ultrapure
