Chamber Lights are not Turning ON

Steps to troubleshoot the problem. 

                             Dimmer Board (161-30-8003):

Make a visual inspection of the Dimmer Board. If you find evidence of burnt parts,
replace the Dimmer Board.

In the iWeld benchtop models, the Dimmer Board is located on the back of the bracket where the Control Board is located.

In the case of Lasers equipped with dual LED lights, if you are having problems with
one of the lights, you can swap J2 and J3 wires on the board. If the problem changes from one light to the other, replace the Dimmer Board.

If it is showing that, the LED lights or the LED light Ring is not turning on:

1. Check if there is 24VDC at J1
2. If 24VDC is present, disconnect J4 and turn on the Laser. If the lights
turn on, the problem is the Dimmer Control, otherwise change the
Dimmer Board
