Finding True Laser Focus
This video shows how to find the true laser focus in a ND:YAG Laser
The True Laser Focus point is the narrowest, most intense point of a laser beam where energy density peaks. It is primarily used to concentrate optical power into a tiny spot for high-precision material processing. This video provides guidance on identifying the focal point at which the laser delivers peak energy concentration.
Requirements: It is essential that all optical components, including the lamp, mirrors, focusing lens, and protective disc, are maintained in optimal condition.
Once the True Laser focus is found, we suggest you see "Adjusting Microscope Cross-Hairs" to adjust your microscope to the actual point of focus of the laser
