High / Low Voltage 24 Volt

This error message means that the control board is not receiving the correct voltage.

To confirm the problem, check the voltage between GND/TP1 and F1 on the Control Board with digital voltmeter

If the voltage is above 24VDC, you must replace the 24VDC Power Supply.
