High / Low Voltage 24 Volt

This error message means that the control board is not receiving the 24VDC.

To confirm, check the voltage between GND/TP1 and F1 on the Control Board with digital voltmeter

If the voltage is above or below 24 VDC, the 24 VDC power supply may have a problem, or a laser component has shorted to ground. Contact Service to identify the possible cause.
