My software is starting up in demo mode
If you've been experiencing an issue where you laser is not starting up and is notifying you with a message stating it is in DEMO MODE, please review the video as it may fix your issue.
This can happen in the Star FX Premier software and the Legacy CAD 2 software packages and the video link below will walk you through some things to check.
