Water Level Low

This article guides you step-by-step through the process of identifying the cause of the "water flow low" message

  1. Check the water bottle to ensure the water level is adequate.
  2. If needed, add water until it reaches the proper level.
  3. Turn ON the laser and check if the warning message disappears.
  4. If the message persists:
    • Turn OFF the laser.
    • Locate Jumper J35 (Level) on the Control Board.

    Behind the Control Board, find the Troubleshooting Kit Jumpers.

                               

    • Take one black two-pin jumper cap.
    • Disconnect the cable at J35 and place the jumper cap on the pins.
  5. Turn the laser ON again and check whether the message appears.

    If the message appears, the Control Board is faulty and needs to be replaced.  Be sure to specify what version of the board you have when communicating with the technician. If the message does not appear, the water container sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced.
